Today, the Military Police Complaints Commission released its final report concluding its Public Interest Investigation into MGen (ret’d) Dany Fortin’s complaint about poor handling of the sexual assault allegations levied against him in 2021.

New Prime Minister, new Minister of National Defence, same personnel crisis.
We need to see the same enthusiasm for personnel as the one we see for procurement and capability modernization. The hands is in the Cabinet’s, and it goes beyond throwing money at the problem.
