Nobody has liked RFK for a very long time. He gets fired from every job he’s ever had because he’s delusional. Dems let him run in primary because they knew he’d lose and then sued to keep him off presidential ballot as independent.

Even Larry David who introduced RFK to Cheryl Hines regretted it

Got my flu vax Saturday, was surprised at how many people were getting vaxxes. All elderly (the boomers that everyone claims are drinking bleach) were lined up.

I think putting limits on vax made them more popular

NYPD endorsed Donald Trump for president in 2024. They wore Trump merch and punisher patches on their uniforms during peaceful 2020 demonstrations. After some were suspended for wearing these things they turned around and sued.

France and Italy don’t have a fully infiltrated rightwing, militarized police force with “qualified” immunity. Police in France and Italy have to follow the law. American police do what they want and get a paid vacation.

When you’re transport planner looking at $ubsidization, you have to look at how many people use it daily/at night for whole lives. How likely is it for someone to be badly injured vs car, train, bus? In general, young men love bikes and are passionate about them but large part of population isn’t

I took NYC subway for 20 years, including during crack epidemic, all hours of day and night. So did 3 million other people. It’s subsidized because of amount of ridership. Most people I see using e bikes in city during the week are delivery men. On weekends, more people ride for fun/with friends.

Peoples commutes are getting longer and longer. What happens when you have to use bike for an hour and half to get to work and it rains, or it’s 102° with high humidity, or it’s snowing. People bike enthusiastically for a few years, then it dies down when they have to be out there every day

..percent of population seems like over investment when people are paying extraordinary amount$ for cars. The weather is a big factor in many parts of US, as is safety for kids and women who can be snatched when alone - parents don’t even want kids riding bikes in their own neighborhoods.

The thing is - should it really be subsidized when only a small percentage of the population use them (mostly young/middle aged men)? I can see subsidizing EVs because so many people use/need cars and infrastructure is already there. But to subsidize vehicles and infrastructure used by small…

Could be having venous surgery on his leg or legs. Laser ablation, eg. People don’t spend weeks in the hospital anymore - except for Melania and her “kidney tumors.”

CVI is painful. Especially at night. Trump sleeps little enough as it is. They really need to keep on top of it.

The people in town felt secure after the earthquake because they had a 30 ft high seawall protecting them. No tsunami had ever reached over 30 feet

What they didn’t know was that during the earthquake the subduction movement of the tectonic plate underneath them had caused the land to drop 3 feet
