Hell yeah, man. That's the dream when you're covering preps, for sure.

Best coaches I covered were guys like Dustin Peace, who coached Ka'Deem Carey & a bunch of the Pac-10/12 guys that came from Tucson. Even those dudes faced insane pressure from parents though (Dustin bailed a few years back)

When I covered HS FB a parent called me unprompted doing an "audit" of one of that town's football coaches to see if they should continue to be employed (even though the school itself determines that, not parents).

I told the person to find someone else to do their dirty work and hung up on them.
