I've been able to force the game to give me double crit substats. It's resource expensive and time consuming but the system has no choice. Unless devs change it, double crits are inevitable.

Day 65. I have said that Danforth refused to tell me what final horror made him scream out so insanely—a horror which, I feel sadly sure, is mainly due to Kuro devs.
All that Danforth has ever hinted is that the final horror was Chisa as a support.

Day 64. He seemed at first unmoved at Chisa being a support. Then, slowly advancing to meet the devs, he pronounced in dull yet terrible accents the curse that ever afterward haunted the house of Kuro.

I'm cynical of devs promising the world but if Hero can deliver half of what they are saying DNA is going to be pretty good.

Its worth throwing them some cash just for the lack of rng substat bullshitery in character building.

Mighty Cthulhu has forsaken me and will drive me insane with numbers. The initial damage numbers leaked for Chisa is worse than Ciaccona.
I was going to get S0R1 if she was average but if these numbers are real I'll skip her completely.

Day 60. Shouting her determination to reach some ‘big, big damage with glory in ToA and WhiWa and holograms, and the cool BGM far away’. Chisa had struggled with maniacal force and fury, screaming of her desire and need to find and kill a certain ‘dev that decided that she is a support’.

Day 59. It was bad that the devs of Kuro turned Chisa into a support. Let Davis say the charms many times when the corn harvest comes. Chisa is Chisa. Chisa is an attacker.

Day 58. It was in one of the most open and least frequented parts of Wuwa that the packet of which I was supercargo fell a victim to Chisa the attacker. ToA was then at its very beginning, and the JK had not completely sunk to her later degradation as a support.

Day 57. I think I screamed frantically near the last— "CHISA IS AN ATTACKER" —but if I did so my cries were lost in the hell-born babel of the howling devs saying "Only at S6".

To put it bluntly, she's the bad guy. She chose that path. If she wanted to join in she could, maybe, stop doing evil things and fucking people for her own selfish goals.

Day 55. ToA is a mangled corpse; I alone know why, and such is Chisa's prowess that WhiWa shall be mangled in the same way. Down unlit and illimitable corridors of eldritch phantasy sweeps the black, shapely JK attacker that drives me to annihilate end game.

This is going to sound crazy but hear me out:
Kuro adds a new recurring event like the 2x drop events. In this event players can tune 5 or 10 echoes and they are GUARANTEED to get double crit substats. Run the event every 2-3 patches so players can build 1-2 units every time.

Apologies in advance, I'm not having a go at you. But. All the qol, you can change your terminal, you can pet animals easier, you can collect rewards in one click, all of this is a distraction. The game would be so much better if they spent their money and manpower on actual issues like echoes.

Day 53. The collapse occurred about 10:20 a.m., while I was miserably farming echoes. I began to see convoluted images of Chisa as a support before my eyes, and to feel that I was in a grotesque altered reality.
