"we considered that fair." sounds like the kind of thing that either comes from a jovial 60+ year old man describing how he used to do something low-key racist in high school, or the kind of thing a remorseful 30 year old would say when reflecting on all the mistakes they're ever made in life.

I think I've just invented a dumb gameshow by accident. At the end no matter who "wins" or whatever they all get paid a Large amount of money and we move on to the next contestants. For the love of the game.

I would hire as many people as possible to debate back and forth about increasingly obscure and nerdy bullshit, while ensuring that everyone kept things above the belt and didn't stray into personal insults. I like to hire people who sincerely have different opinions such that the result is honest.
