"You'd Look Better as a Ghost" by Joanna Wallace is a unique story told from a serial killer's perspective. The insight on why we make the choices we make is incredible. Great characters and steady plot. I wish it had a different ending though...

"The Appeal" by Janice Hallett is a unique murder mystery narrated through only emails and texts. It has a slow start, but is AMAZING with building the characters and story through limited means.

Great twist and conclusion too!
10/10 highly recommend!

"I Need You to Read This" by Jessa Maxwell is not the mystery I was expecting. It was...fine, but the mystery/thriller aspects were minimal, and the characters didn't carry enough weight to make up for it.

Finished reading "When We Were Real"

Fantastic story. I thought it was going to be more existential, but it was entirely character focused, which gave a great POV of the individual when one's entire existence is brought into question. Could've had a stronger ending.

Finished reading "How to Murder Your Employer" by Rupert Holmes the other day.

Fun read with a very thought-out take on morally acceptable murder. The first half was pretty slow, but after the halfway point, it really picks up and doesn't slow down! Couple great twists and a deep plot.
