IK his family was very well off, he inherited the entirety of his parents fortune after they passed so he wasn’t struggling for money even tho his art wasn’t selling, she actually targeted him because of his vulnerable mental and emotional state

ONLY A PAINTBRUSH AND A CANVAS dw he had a small entourage with a butler and some maids but it was very limited, most of his isolation was actually self inflicted since he enjoys his privacy and personal space. However, he was an only child and the rest of his family lived too far away

Unfortunately what he didn’t know was that his ex had targeted him specifically because he was a wealthy heir

His ex ended up betraying him and murdering him in hopes of stealing his fortune

The heartbreak was too much for Romero and now he haunts his estate, mourning and searing for a new muse

His ex was very interested in Romeros work and Romero was so happy to have made a friend who enjoyed his art that the two quickly got closer
He noticed how his motivation and passion came back and his ex became a kind of muse for him who gave his art life again
