Honestly, I don't think #🎀Andrea would even consider reconstructive surgery. She was born "incomplete" and made a career out of being imperfectly beautiful; her piercings and custom clothes often bring attention to her lack of arms.
Maybe she'd get a tattoo, but would otherwise own the flat look.
