I’ve finally fell out of love with #F1 after more than 50 years. The #FIA & #stewards show bias all the time & there’s no way to fight it. I’m done with it.
I do hope #Lando wins WDC this year but doubt I’ll see it happen.

And Verstappen hasn’t got a penalty ffs. He literally forced Hamilton off. Russell was coming up inside and Hamilton locked up after rejoining track and took escape road. Bit hard to concentrate on being on the little escape road especially where rejoining could cause him to be T-boned.

Remarkably, it did brighten up a bit this afternoon so DD and I were able to get out and chop a tree up. I feel like I had an ‘arm day’ now though and my hands keep shaking. It’s raining again now but a job well done for us. #StormBenjamin

A lovely afternoon digging in the garden and planting plants. Day off from it tomorrow as #StormBenjamin is forecast. How dare they name a storm after my eldest grandson. He is my Ray of Sunshine, not a storm.

I know it was the US GP, BUT I hated all the extra US crap. (As if Danica Patrick isn’t enough). One interviewer was embarrassing sending Kimi away from Max. Grid gigs? Ffs I want to watch #F1. It’s bad enough that we’ve had raves infiltrating race weekends the last few years.

The King already stopped being financially responsible for him. Of course, he keeps what his mother left him. He is still 8th in LoS as it takes an Act of Parliament to remove him. None of this affects B&E. His grandkids don’t have titles anyway. B&E are not in receipt of money from Sovereign Grant.

Plan out how you can incorporate your fruit and veg intake, then you’ll see what you need to buy. I’m eating much smaller portions but more often so I don’t get hungry or want to pick at bad things.

My fridge looks amazing. It’s full and it’s all healthy except cheese to use up which I went shopping at 7am yesterday & enjoyed picking out all the healthy things.

Thankfully I’m not needing medication but the warning signs are there if I don’t do something about it. I have a transfer week where I’m implementing good practice alongside using up what I have as it’s not feasible to throw things out.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life’.

After a month of illness & blood tests yesterday, I’ve accepted my wake up call & have to get my act together. Nothing major that needs additional medication but need to take control to not make anything worse. I was healthy food shopping at 7am.
