biggest change is increasing support for early CRRT to remove NH3 (to reduce elevated intracranial pressure)
now rec'd for clinically overt encephalopathy (Grade 2-4)
if admitting to ICU for ALF & encephalopathy, just dialyze

Some pretty eye-opening data on the effect of AI coding.
When Cursor added agentic coding in 2024, adopters produced 39% more code merges, with no sign of a decrease in quality (revert rates were the same, bugs dropped) and no sign that the scope of the work shrank. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....

1) Working with AI boosts the performance of people solving math, science & ethics questions
2) The biggest boost is for the hardest problems
3) High performers remain highest performing, but low performers gain more
4) People who are good with AI gain most
