@steverichards.bsky.social listening to Ian’s limited take on the Plaid vote in Caerphilly. There was a lot of route 1 how to keep the far right out, I was there are the weekend…
Hmmm, I was there at the weekend talking to family, there was definitely bloc voting. The discussion was what is route 1 to stopping reform take the seat and that was clearly Plaid. Clearly Labour were in a hole, but Green and Lib Dem voters definitely lent their votes to plaid
Is there no route through without a referendum? Totally agree that it won’t solve all problems but FPTP on these tiny shares isn’t ideal…
Incredible. So little care and attention
Great piece. My dad is very unwell and in and out of hospital. Each time he goes in, he has to go via a medical assessment unit, he’s spent 5 nights on a chair, last time he was in for over a week but never made it to a ward…..
In primary school French learning was random repetitive worksheets thrust intervals. At secondary, my daughter has had 6 different French teachers in 2 years, and they have never shown at parents’ evening. Son taking Alevels French (school) & German (privately, school withdrew just before GCSEs)
This happened to me yesterday. Gross

Whoops I don’t think that was initial release
Same folk as got the referendum done.
I had literally no idea. I just asked my 13 year old who knows all this very well. I am astonished
Ha!! I think it’s an easy mistake to make
Absolutely it is, I clocked a couple of weeks ago that reform stayed saying hotels and HMOs and thought, yip, that’s not accidental
We live in Z3, about 7 mins from nearest trains but others in play too. Into London Bridge in 15 mins, 4 trains and hour….
I dunno about that. I guess I wfh for half the week but I love the super quick access to ‘central’ as the kids call it
3 days is more likely, but I long for the French clarity on this
Here's a cheery #HigherEducationPostcard of @uofglasgow.bsky.social‬ together with the Douglas crest (and possibly tartan too?)

I'm not sure what the connection between the Douglases and the University is: if you know, please do say!

And if you like this postcard, please share it!
