My voice is gone from talking all day lmao
I don’t talk much most days obvsly and when tabling you gotta be chatting nonstop for hours but I have the habit of getting hyped and talking a lot real loud (thank u adhd) so it kills my voice every time 🫥

I’m tabling at a lil’ art market of Spindlehorse artists today at the Catcher in the Rye bar in LA! It ends at 8pm… I should’ve mentioned it sooner XD

maybe MAYBE I’ll do devlogs when I have more finished art to add into unity, ppl seem to like watching gamedev stuff
I watch vlogs sometimes and considered doing my own vlogs before but I just have ZERO charisma on camera and a really boring daily life, both antithetical to vlogging.

Ppl conflating aro and ace to be the same thing or that one always includes the other annoys me so much. It’s the insistence that their lived experience is universal and seeing something that contradicts that means it’s wrong or impossible.

Burying the lede in descriptions of UDgame is probably not the best marketing strategy when it feels like the avg person wants to know exactly what kind of game to expect… but that defeats the point!

I dunno, it’s a pet peeve. I’ve had ppl also complain about ClawShot being too horny bc they’re too ace to understand it and like, I’m ace! Look below the surface, it’s about drama and character development. You don’t need to empathize 100% with a story every time. Look beyond your perspective.
I’ve gotten negative assumptions about the romance part of UDgame and I think there’s a misconception of what it means. It’s why I preface it with “horror”, it’s both.
I think there’s a bad habit of writing off a story without knowing more than a one word genre that’s so broad.

Benefit of being highschool sweethearts is how far back our shared memories go. 2009 and spending half an hour in a blockbuster just to pick out one movie to watch, very mundane but the memory gives me comfort.
I think being reminded of good moments with ppl you love staves off some of the despair.
