Miljarden investeren in een bedrijf dat geen toekomst heeft, is compleet zinloos. Tata Steel stoot 8% van alle CO₂ in Nederland uit én maakt ook nog eens omwonenden ziek. Dat moet stoppen. Op 29 oktober kun jij meebepalen: investeren in oude industrie óf in een groene toekomst.

The pay of Russian soldiers and the war industry have created an irreversible situation. Putin can't simply quit; the soldiers will demand their pay. There is already unrest in Russia due to income disparities, with ordinary Russians earning about a quarter of that from a soldier at the front.

The US knows that Putin can't simply stop the Ukrainian war. Trump likely thinks he can make an extremely lucrative resource deal with Putin. This fits his selfish behavior, in which he narcissistically becomes "the great peacemaker." In doing so, he completely disregards Ukrainian interests.

Stirring up unrest, increasing cyberterrorism, sabotage. Russia's hybrid warfare is on the rise. Putin appears to be opting for a new guerrilla warfare method.

Putin bought time by engaging in talks with Trump. If Putin had even intended to end the war, he could have stopped long ago and not started provoking and Judaizing. I hope a way out is found, that Ukraine achieves peace without surrendering any territory.
