I don't want to feel like a burden on anyone but I'm struggling NOT to self isolate. As the days go by this time of year is incredibly difficult for me to get through. Bad memories and just a feeling of hopelessness.

It's no one's fault or responsibility to help me. I don't know what I need.

I really have not been sleeping well. Everytime I go to bed I fall asleep and seem to wake up 20 to 40 minutes later, then I'm awake for a few more hours before I can fall asleep again.

I don't know what's causing me to wake up, but it's getting to me a bit.

Little vent piece, I'm feeling less and less drive to do art but I have to do it. I don't have anything else I can do but this.

I'm hoping I'll be inspired again soon. In the meantime I just stay busy on my free time and keep to my schedule so I don't feel overwhelmed.

I made a lot of progress on the kitchen today ;; I cut some cabinet liner and did a lot of dishes/put them away. Once I get the countertops clear again I'll clean those off and the floor and the fridge. Then the next step will be stocking the fridge/pantry!
