Servers back online. Good news we have recorded over 2,147,483,647 podcast events since ~2015. Unfortunately, recording #2,147,483,648 was a bit of a struggle and happened to fall on a holiday. Everything is good now and the servers are catching back up.

Arguably we are an old kid, but we moved back to the block and people are noticing.
One benefit of the backlash against Automattic is that it made me look for alternatives to Pocket Casts, which I’d used for years.
Without that, I’d never have discovered new kid on the block @castropodcasts.bsky.social, which is now my podcast app of choice. Looks great, and works beautifully…
