White tea is the delicate little fawn of the tea world: don't oxidize too much, don't brew it too hot, don't steep it too long. I followed the instructions, but the result ended up too subtle for my palate. Not bad, but not worth the expense.

Alright, this one I know. How does it measure up?
Quite well! Best chamomile yet, possibly because they put the whole dang flower in there, and not just ambiguous crushed bits like Celestial. Brings out some punchy, complex flavors.

Emergency MFF #TodaysTea: hotel Bigelow Chamomile
Hotel coffee has a bad rap, but for tea, well Bigelow is a real brand and this is a decent brew. It doesn't have all the complex flavors that the Adagio flowers had, but this the job of warming me up on a very cold day.

I've been blowing out my palate with lots of strong flavors, but bergamot oil is such a weird taste as to stand out even on this project. I love it, it stays interesting through the whole cup, and this brand seems like the real fruit.

The branding here is completely out to lunch, I have no idea what's supposed to be manly about it. The taste was floral and a bit minty, and it went down easily without needing sweetener, better suited to a cozy morning.

#TodaysTea Adagio Day 1: Pumpkin Spice
Superior to the Republic of Tea variant, but this type only works with milk and sugar. Cinammon and cloves are just too strong and bitter a flavor to work on its own. It does work better with milk, but I prefer other spice blends.

#TodaysTea is the Stash version of Cinnamon Apple Spice. Same ingredients, but Stash did it better; this is genuinely sweet and pleasant. No tartness from the hibiscus, may be about portion or maybe Stash has access better natural flavors.
