In all honesty,the US lacks historical experience and knowledge when it comes to autocracies.Take it from Europeans who knew autocrat Spain, Italy,Portugal,Greece and Germany to name a few, that the US hasn’t even started to realize how f*cked up it is.The point of no return has long been crossed.

Eigenlijk zou men het exclusieve karakter van de beroepsregels moeten aanpassen bij zowel de architecten als de advocaten zodat je advocaat-architect kan worden. Dat zou veel beter aansluiten bij de realiteit van de job en betere billables opleveren.

He did not come to power by accident but by the failure of the US societal model that favours the personality traits that sociopaths over-express. All societal filters failed on his way to power. It is US society as a whole that should do some introspection and auto-remediation.

The true tragedy lies in the fact that you can get elected in the US carrying that kind of legacy. It is the US itself that is sick. Every normal culture has a filter of morality. The US’s filter has failed, for it sacrificed morality on the altar of individualism and greed.
