I always found this funny with trad divisions of labour where they're like "the woman takes care of the children and the home, and the man protects them" and it's like ok but one of those is a real job that actually happens and the other one is something you imagine while watching an action film

A singular pit bull (or even the majority of them) never killing a child at random doesn't mean they aren't a safety hazard. A cute photo of a pit bull and a baby is irrelevant. These dogs can be with a family for years before turning on them.

Pit bulls are disproportionately responsible for the deaths of many young children--more than other known hazards like button batteries--and many of these attacks are completely random and unprovoked.

While I suppose it’s nice to take joy in superior fertility, society more or less agrees it’s obnoxious to brag about being genetically skinny or having rich parents. Bragging about luck is unbecoming!

Our IVF journey was very easy! (As far as IVF goes) so I probably shouldn’t be hurt but for some reason I am. Maybe I’d feel better if I had another kid lol
