I mean if Bluesky wants to be in furtherance of breaking the law. Im guessing they usually ban or take down post of someone using their site to break the law. I mean surely that breaks TOS? But consistency isnt exactly a strong suit with social media owners.

I mean sure. But this regime wont be in control forever. And this site will go broke going down the path they are going. And allowing folks to use your site to blatantly break the law seems like a suboptimal way to get to profitability.

I mean seems like @safety.bsky.app wouldnt want to be a conduit for law breaking. Wonder how platforming a crime works with their TOS? The Hatch Act as far as I know is still on the books. Might not matter to Trump. But the owners of this site should probably get some legal counsel.

Oh definitely way to long with cussy words is your lane. But thats based on the modern concentration of the avg American. I mean investigate journalism used to take up multiple publications. When journalism was actually journalism and not stenography.

AI is WAY different. Huge cost to build out. Every customer using the product cost huge sums. More customers, more cost. Its like if the electric company charged you $20 a month no matter the electricity each customer used. Its an insane business model.

1/Its the SaaS model. Like Adobe went to. Upfront cost to set up the cloud service for customers. But this is the big difference. On boarding customers cost almost nothing. So a customers use of the program barely cost them anything. Huge revenue and profits.
