Yes, unfortunately I agree with you. I can't see it happening.

Labour should run on an EU referendum ticket at the next election. Blame both the economic struggles and 'boat crisis' on Brexit and its chief proponent good old Nigel. This would underline why voters can't trust his judgement. More importantly, it's the right thing to do to secure economic growth.

All other parties should be ramming this down Reform and Tory throats. Make everybody aware that they are just mouthpieces for the fossil fuel companies.

Great comment. I'm sure Jenrick sees no issues in white ghettoised rural areas.

Thanks for the recommendation, I've downloaded it.

Most BBC vox pops are not truly representative. Mainly filled with white old folk, and I say that as an old white man. What is the point of the vox pop?

I'm surprised he hasn't joined Reform, they deserve each other.

The Tories have no answers to the economic circumstances they have largely created. Johnson in his rush to implement Brexit pushed so many of the competent Tories out of the party. It's hard to see how they can recover.

Full backs are the problem area, and they are unsettling the central partnership. Threat going forward from the full backs also not what it was with Trent and Robertson. It's going to take a while to adjust, but I expect Liverpool to be very much in this year's title race.

😂 They forgot about that. Another Tory policy contradiction. Perhaps they are just desperate for support and will fly any right wing policy, surely not😂

Well, that was just a lie

Folks — this is not a normal government shutdown.

Let me explain the stakes and how we got here.

Love your comment. It reminds me of "They smelt of pubs, Wormwood Scrubs, and too many right wing meetings" a line from the Jam's "Down in the Tube Station at Midnight".

BBC values used to be inform, educate, entertain. Current BBC news values are enrage (right wingers), intimidate (British citizens who can't trace their lineage back to William the Conqueror) and divide (British society). They are more fifth columnists than the fourth estate.

ICYMI: Elon Musk is no longer the world's richest person, according to the FT. Software giant Oracle's Larry Ellison has overtaken him. Little bit of schadenfreude for your evening.

Why are Sky whipping up anti immigration fears? What's in it for them?
