Two striped pyjama bottletail squids (Sepioloidea lineolata) mating. They are on the sandy seafloor and are face-to-face with their arms all tangled up. The bottletail squids are a white to cream colour, with brown or black stripes going lengthwise down their body. Their upper eye is a soft orange.

A Coconut Octopus (Amphioctopus marginatus) sitting in a horizontal bivalve shell on the sea floor, and it is lifting the top half of the shell with one arm. The octopus looks very annoyed, and is staring at the camera. The octopus is a dark brownish red, with light orange on the bottom of its arms and white suckers. The inside of the shell is white, and the outside of the shell has dark red or orange stripes alternating with white ridges.

Love it when Australian Giant Cuttlefish (Ascarosepion apama) are rainbow coloured.
A close up of an Australian Giant Cuttlefish's (Ascarosepion apama) head. Its mantle is going to the left and its arms are pointing down. It has small stripes going length wise on its mantle, and small stripes going across its outer most arm. The cuttlefish has wrinkly ridges on the front and top of its head, and it has raised papillae above its eyes. It is a mix of colours: red around its eye; orange on its mantle and arms; yellow on the front of its face; blue, cyan and green on the side of its face; and green on the outer arms. It looks kind of like a rainbow. An Australian Giant Cuttlefish (Ascarosepion apama) floating in front of a bunch of green kelp. The cuttlefish is facing towards the left. It has its papillae raised, so it is covered in ridge like wrinkles and fleshy horns above its eyes. It is a mix of colours, almost rainbow like with it being red and orange around its eye, yellow on its centre arms, green and cyan on its outer arms and blue and cyan on its mantle. An Australian Giant Cuttlefish (Ascarosepion apama) floating above a rocky area. Its arms are drooping down, but its two centre arms are going down and upwards and out, with their tips being curled like air quotes. The cuttlefish has its papillae raised, so it has raised bits on its mantle and above its eyes. The cuttlefish mostly has a green colour, but the side of its face and the undersides of its arms are orange. An Australian Giant Cuttlefish (Ascarosepion apama) floating a patch of sand surrounded by seaweed. Its arms are held together, but their tips are all going to the side. It has a wrinkly appearance with some papillae above its eyes and on its mantle. It head is mostly read, with the tips of its arms being orange and its outer arm being blue and green. Its mantle is purplish and its fin is mostly green with areas of red, orange and blue.

A Stubby Bobtail squid (Rossia pacifica) swimming in place. Its arms are going straight down, but then curled up at their tips, so they look like a person who is angry and who has their arms straight down with their fists clenched. The bobtail squid is slightly wrinkly and dark purple with some shiny, iridescent red areas, especially on their head. Below it is a rock covered in feeding barnacles and in the back right is an Orange Sea Cucumber (Cucumaria miniata)
