Launch days are some of my favorite moments in life. You spend months or even years in a collaborative creative conspiracy only to unleash what you built into the world. Truly one of the most terrific experiences in life.

For me, it's just another day in paradise as a founder.
Thanks to the new technology, we launched 10 additional games, an amazing pipeline of exciting games coming in 2025, and some direct partnerships. If only I could go back in time and visit a 13-year-old version of myself and let him know who we'd be working with, his mind would be blown. 3/3
2024 was the strongest year @nodecraft.com has had in the company's history. Our amazing team launched two pivotal products as a suite of next-gen game server tooling for game studios to reinforce their community-led UGC and revenue with Player Created Game Servers. 2/3
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break. It was much needed for me and our team.

🧵 A belated year in review 1/3
It took about 3 hours and an entire roll of tape, but I'm extraordinarily pleased with my holidayification of my car. Its both obnoxious and fun, prime dad mode.
Idk but I kinda need it
I look forward to a near internet future where extra-middleman payment processors aren't in the picture any longer. Europe is so far ahead of the US for this.
The gif functionality only works when you pronounce it correctly.
The older I get, the more I fundamentally believe this statement: Perspective is everything.

If you don't like what you're looking at/dealing with, it's time to get up, be uncomfortable, and shift your perspective until things start improving.

You do it in games all the time.
I've forgotten how to blurt out my intrusive thoughts online since I left Facebook and Twitter years ago.
The 1️⃣ Uniball has the best nostalgia factor. It's the ideal pretend rocket with multiple stages to get to space. Pulling that end cap of and ENGAGE! PEW

But, adult me loves 3️⃣ for the Shaprie SGEL. Far too practical!

Hey Gamedev friends. Do you know anyone who freelances writing/journalism?
I hope the platform remains vigilant to keep it safe for folks to share and connect. For Devs, that's giving folks a place to share their thoughts openly, which can inspire each other to build together as parasocial coworkers.
I built a career off networking in the age of social media. I've taken business trips from comments left on Reddit or Twitter DMs or posts. I'm not a content creator, I'm a creator who loves to connect with other creatives.

Bluesky feels like early Twitter again for me.
I left Facebook back in 2016 because I found myself arguing with friends/fam more than I was getting value from it.

It was no surprise to me to find myself in a similar place with Twitter once Elon took over the platform. What's the worst part is I was a user since Twitter was an SMS service.
