No federal agency—and especially not ICE—gets to operate above the law.

Justice and accountability will come. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.

Today, CAPAC Chair @meng.house.gov stood in front of ICE Headquarters to say loud and clear: Kristi Noem has got to go.

Her failed leadership is ripping apart families and terrorizing our community. The lawlessness must end, and it must end now.

This Black History Month, we honor generations of Black leaders, artists, and activists who fought for a nation where all Americans are truly created equal.

As our shared fight for justice and equality continues, the AANHPI and Black communities will always stand together.

Liam’s release proves that pressure matters, and we can win when we fight back.

For 85 years, the ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi language was banned in Hawaiʻi public schools in favor of English-only instruction.

That’s why we celebrate Mahina ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi—Hawaiian Language Month—& honor the advocates who fought to revitalize this language when it was on the brink of extinction.

The Trump administration has the audacity to tell immigrants to come here the ‘right way,’ while closing legal pathways that make that possible.

Chair @meng.house.gov joined her colleagues in demanding the admin reverse its visa suspensions for 75 countries immediately.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Fred Korematsu, a civil rights leader who fought against the wrongful removal and incarceration of Japanese Americans during WWII. 1/2

Trump said he would go after the “worst of the worst.” He lied.

Liam, the preschooler detained by ICE, is sick and vomiting because of the conditions he is being held in.

BRING LIAM HOME!

One year ago, Trump promised to “cut your energy costs in half.”

One year later, and nearly 1 in 3 households are struggling to pay their utility bills and stay warm during the winter.

If cutting energy costs in half means going without power, then I guess Trump kept his promise. 🤷‍♀️

It’s pretty simple: If you don’t want to see people getting hurt or killed in the streets, stop sending in your masked thugs with no training who are hurting and killing Americans.

This is not immigration enforcement. This is mass terror and intimidation.

Get ICE out of our cities.

President Trump, Kristi Noem & the Department of Homeland Security are out of control.

We need a thorough, independent investigation into the murders of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

Every single federal agent responsible for these unjustified killings must be held accountable.

Every American deserves access to federal services and programs in a language they can understand.

CAPAC Chair @meng.house.gov, @chu.house.gov, @repdangoldman.bsky.social and @vargas.house.gov introduced a bill to protect essential multilingual services under threat by the Trump administration.

This is blatantly unconstitutional. ICE is so eager to terrorize immigrant communities that it’s willing to put your rights at risk to do so.
Immigration officers assert sweeping power to enter homes without a judge's warrant, memo says
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement memo obtained by The Associated Press reveals that the agency allows immigration officers to forcibly enter homes to make arrests without a judicial warrant.

Absolutely horrifying. Federal agents just shot and killed another person in Minneapolis.

This is what happens when militarized, untrained agents are unleashed into our communities. ICE needs to get out of Minnesota NOW.

Words matter. When elected officials use hateful rhetoric, our children listen and think it’s okay.

Max, the bullying you faced is unacceptable.

ICE agents raided a house without a warrant, handcuffed an elderly Hmong U.S. citizen at gunpoint, and forced him to stand in the freezing cold in just his underwear.

ICE's depravity knows no bounds. This must end.
A U.S. citizen says ICE forced open the door to his Minnesota home and removed him in his underwear after a warrantless search
The Department of Homeland Security says the operation targeted two sex offenders, but Thao disputes this, saying he lives with his family, none of whom are listed as offenders.

This is anti-Muslim bigotry on full display. If you can’t respect ALL Americans, you don’t deserve to serve in public office.

Lieutenant Governor Hashmi has more respect for Virginia and our country than Tommy Tuberville will ever have.
