A CT-based clinical-radiomics model accurately predicts the response of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (AEG) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

🧠 Combining radiomics + clinical factors (tumor volume, cT stage, Siewert type) improved prediction vs. either alone (AUC up to 0.90).
