I have now read the ICD-11 Criteria for DID which is very similar except recurrent amnesia is "Typical" between personality states but not required which means that some systems who in America would be diagnosed with OSDD would be diagnosed with DID in countries compliant with ICD-11.

I have answered this on my tumblr before but you can't split Blitzwing into three separate bodies because it assumes each part function as a whole. It's like assuming an frontal cortex would be able to function without rest of the brain. So it's not something on the table here even as a hypothetical
The Blitzwings get split into separate bodies via mad science hijinks. They have 72 hours until they’re back to normal. What do they do with their time? (The Fling-verse is kinda fraught now, so either the future of that where things are better or some other, more chill BlitzOp AU.)

Blitzwing finds a unmanned semi truck and decides to let out some pent up frustration. Optimus just wanted some place peaceful to recharge.
Mind the fic tags.
Blitzwing with his "hothead" face humps Optimus while the latter is in his semi truck alt-form, his fifth wheel is covered in transfluid and so is his cabin and grilles. His windows have shaking lines.

Blitzwing wakes up, his hands shake as he notices Optimus sleeping in his arms. He almost indulges stroking Optimus cheek but pulls back. Instead picking Optimus up and lays him down on the berth. He touches his cockpit looking down at him before turning around and attempting to leave. "Leaving already?" Optimus asks. Blitzwing doesn't turn around when Optimus pushes himself up from the berth. "You can stay longer, if you'd like, I don't mind," Optimus says. Blitzwing switches his face to Liz before speaking, his eyes a square with red creeping at the corner, smile wobbly. "Thank you for indulging them," Liz says, fading into Blitz, "I'm sorry." "It wasn't some great sacrifice. I meant what I said to Zing: I'm here if you need me," Optimus says, carefully. "I understand," Blitz says in Liz's voice, quickly turning so Optimus cannot see his expression, wings trembling.

I was thinking about some headcanons I had 'bout Blitzwing's experience before the comic and well, got a lil bit carried away <3
Blitz doesn't really have any experience, he doesn't fall often and when he did it was of Lugnut- most of which was miserable sea of pining and jealousy.
"Lord Megaron blablabla," Lugnut says, off into his own recounting of Megatron's great deeds as Blitzwing with his 'hothead' face has smoke coming out of his mouth and shaking clenched fists with a blush on his face.

Blitzwing is fucking Optimus doggy style. Blitzwing has his "Hothead" face covered with a wire muzzle, behind it he is scowling and drooling, revving his engines. Optimus has his grapple like a leash connected to Blitzwing's neck, pulling him down while smiling. "Good boy~" Optimus says.

What my brain has cursed me today: Spend 5 hours comparing DID criteria in the DSM-3, DSM-4, and DSM-5 because I got too upset by how ignorance about DID informs how Blitzwing was treated by the show and how that ignorance extends to fans today.

Liz and Zing designs for reference :]
For Liz the main things is that she visualizes herself as already dead. Her windshield is broken from the way Blitzwing died.
While for Zing they're like Blitzwing's cyber form but with more animalistic/bug traits mainly: extra wings, tail, muzzle and claws.
Liz - She/him (Feminine titles), Optimus Introject Liz looks like TFA Optimus Prime, however her thighs are wider and her color scheme is the same as when optimus died. Her eyes are blue circles in a black void and the only other color is the one of her sirens. Her windshield is cracked with the cracks spreading out from the middle of her chest. Zing - They/him, Co-host. Zing appears as Blitzwing's cybertronian form with four wings on his back, a striped tail. His "Random" face also have a muzzle and large protruding canines, thin scars cover his mouth as well.
