I'm a Canadian pretty much retired. I used to work for with the CBC network,but i quit, I had enough. I'm a fan of sci-fi classics like ALIEN and Silent Running. In my free time, I enjoy collecting action figures inspired by my favorite films.

Just the movie? No bells and whistles? The UK version featured documentaries and a commentary. It would have been worth the money if you had gotten Pete and Roger to record a new commentary!!

Who else remembers the magic of the Sears catalog in the 1970s? I'd eagerly await its arrival, racing to the toy section to circle my Christmas wishes! It was the ultimate holiday tradition for me! 😍

In the 1970s as a kid, I saw a film at the drive-in where a guy casually walks into a grocery store to eat a sandwich. For years, I've tried to recall the title, but nobody knew what I was talking about! The mystery was solved thanks to gpt. hahaha

Yes, it was! It reminded me of The Fly, a classic from the 80s. I got shivers from the bodily horror and the slow, eerie transformation. Both films had the romantic subplot, in which the love interest helplessly witnesses the man's degeneration. Personally, I prefer SSssssss!
