Next month, I’ll be joining Afua Bruce, Founder of ANB Advisory Group, for a conversation on what it takes to lead responsibly in the age of AI. We’ll unpack how leadership, trust, and accountability must evolve to meet this moment.
AI isn’t just another tool—it’s a forcing function for reinvention.

Too often, organizations rush to deploy AI and stumble—not because the tech fails, but because their systems, culture, and governance weren’t built to sustain it. ⬇️
On Oct. 8, @cybercoalition.bsky.social & @cyberalliance.bsky.social will bring together leading voices to explore how industry and government can confront threats, strengthen resilience, and shape the future of cybersecurity at #CyberNextDC
October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! A reminder that security isn’t just IT’s job, it’s a leadership imperative. This year, we’re embracing the theme Skeptical By Design. All month we’ll share tips + partner insights on how to protect trust, build resilience, and stay secure in a digital world!
AI is supposed to boost productivity, but too many orgs are drowning in endless low-quality drafts, repetitive outputs, and wasted review cycles. When paired with weak governance and poor planning, AI stops being innovation and starts being a liability. ⬇️
AI Deployment Playbook: Avoiding the Mistakes That Sink ROI and Customer Trust
Executives who want AI to deliver results must address data, governance, security, and workforce planning before scaling.

In “Safer Together: Inclusive Cybersecurity,” I explore how identity, trust, and lived experience shape how we interact with digital systems. Users aren’t the weakest link, they’re the most critical part of security.

🌍 To all my friends and colleagues at Climate Week, I’ve been inspired by the conversations on resilience, adaptation, and innovation.

Let’s take a closer look at a less visible but critical piece of the puzzle: food and drug provenance.

Last weekend’s ransomware attack on major European airports is a wake-up call: resilience planning isn’t optional. Check-in systems went dark. Some flights were delayed and cancelled. But most planes kept flying because airports had manual backups ready.

The Senate just passed my bill by UC to release this report to the public, to end this cover-up by CISA. Now the House needs to pass my bill so the public can see how shockingly insecure our phone system is. Then the government must hold phone companies accountable for failing cybersecurity 101.

This moment demands clear eyes and strong backbones.

If you work in policy, product, research, or leadership—ask yourself:
What signals are we removing from the systems we depend on?
And what foundations are we (not) building for the future?
The Climate Gamble in America’s AI Plan
On #NetZeroDay, Newton & I unpack how the AI Action Plan sidelines climate considerations. If AI is the brain of the future, climate is the body. We have to better or forfeit the future.
