No existen antecedentes históricos de un bombardeo de esta magnitud dentro del territorio nacional. Tanquetas, lanzadores múltiples de proyectiles BM-21, cañones sin retroceso, morteros y, como si fuera poco, bombas lanzadas desde aviones de combate Super Tucano han devastado amplias zonas boscosas y campesinas de Buenos Aires. El pretexto oficial: destruir bocaminas ilegales y “combatir el terrorismo”. Como si buscara legitimarse ante los centros de poder imperialista, Noboa dedicó esta acción a Donald Trump, en un fatuo mensaje en la red X, «Presidente Trump, Ecuador se mantiene firme en la lucha global contra el narcotráfico y la minería ilegal, desafíos que exigen la unidad entre naciones comprometidas con la paz y la prosperidad..» intentando mostrar obediencia, sumisión y lameculismo político ante Washington. No es casual: el régimen ecuatoriano reproduce al pie de la letra las estrategias de “contrainsurgencia preventiva” impulsadas por el Comando Sur de los Estados Unidos, enmarcadas en la doctrina de seguridad hemisférica. La brutalidad de estos ataques no sorprende. Noboa, las Fuerzas Armadas, la Policía y todo su andamiaje represivo/terrorista han actuado con el mismo patrón de violencia durante el levantamiento indígena y popular: disparos con fusiles, uso indiscriminado de gases lacrimógenos, helicópteros de ataque, tanquetas, detenciones arbitrarias, allanamiento, mutilaciones y asesinatos. Al asesinato de Efraín Fuerez se suma Rosa Elena Paqui, en Saraguro-Loja; murió a causa de un paro cardiorrespiratorio provocado por la inhalación forzada de gases lacrimógenos. En Otavalo, el compañero José Alberto Guamán, quién fue asesinado con disparos de fusil al pecho. ¿Debemos olvidar y perdonar estos crímenes? ¿Vamos a esperar mientras la dirigencia oportunista del movimiento indígena, campesino, sindical y popular trafica y negocia con la sangre de nuestros mártires? Otavalo, La Esperanza, Ilumán e Ibarra registran heridos: ojos reventados, mutilaciones, impactos de fusil. Crueldad y sevicia de un régimen fascista y miserable. Exigimos verdad, justicia y castigo a los responsables. ¡Ni perdón ni olvido! Tenemos claro que este levantamiento es contestatario, y también que hay avances importantes: las masas poco o nada quieren saber de la CONAIE (su dirigencia), del estercolero de Pachakutik, de correístas y afines. Las masas se comprometen con la lucha porque las medidas antipopulares y hambreadoras del régimen afectan de manera directa sus intereses. Hay que persistir en el levantamiento; eso es lo importante. ¿Negociaciones con el régimen? Solo cuando esté dispuesto a declinar su decisión de eliminar los subsidios al diésel; de lo contrario, habrá que sostener, con decisión, el levantamiento indígena-campesino-popular. De manera cínica, el gobierno títere y sus aparatos represivos hablan de “volver a la calma, a la paz”. ¿Cuál paz, si en el curso de este gobierno Ecuador es, literalmente, uno de los países más violentos del mundo? ¿La paz de los suburbios donde hay masacres diarias? ¿La “paz” del modelo sionista de bombardear con aeronaves de guerra dentro del territorio, como en Buenos Aires, Imbabura? ¿La paz de hogares donde nadie trabaja y los alimentos carecen? En verdad, son unos sinvergüenzas y payasos. Por otro lado, un fuerte atentado explosivo en Guayaquil ha puesto “en alerta” al gobierno, sobre todo porque se produjo en una zona comercial, muy próxima a las oficinas de la cadena Nobis, perteneciente a la familia Noboa. Dicho acto ha puesto nervioso al régimen, que, de paso, intenta vincular este atentado al levantamiento popular. En Imbabura se concentraron 7.000 represivos para masacrar a las masas. En Guayaquil, durante la última semana, se registraron tres masacres; en Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, una; en la más reciente, una familia quiteña de ocho miembros fue secuestrada en Santo Domingo, torturada y asesinada, sumando la escalofriante cifra de 30 ajusticiados en estas masacres, sin contar los asesinatos selectivos, desapariciones, desmembrados, etc. Nada de esto le ha importado al régimen ni a la gran burguesía guayaquileña; sin embargo, este atentado los ha alterado y puesto nerviosos. ¿Será que ahora sí se van a preocupar por los niveles de violencia que existen en el país y dejarán de reprimir al pueblo? Las masas “no comen cuento”; no caigamos en el juego de que el fascista quiera asociar actos de “falsa bandera” para deslegitimar la lucha popular. Pueblo del Ecuador; hagamos todo lo posible por que el miedo y el terror cambie de bando. Que la intranquilidad también la vivan ellos, los enemigos del pueblo; que el dolor y la angustia, también visite su huerto. Veinticuatro días de paro. Más que los sostenidos en el levantamiento de 2019 y de 2022; la clave es la poca incidencia de la dirección de la CONAIE en la revuelta. Corresponde a la clase, al pueblo, a los campesinos e indígenas pobres abrir nuevos frentes de lucha. No permitir que el enemigo de las grandes mayorías concentre todo su potencial criminal en una sola provincia. Debemos arrastrarlos a todos lados; solo así propiciaremos su desgaste. ¡HONOR Y GLORIA PARA EL COMPAÑERO EFRAÍN FUEREZ! ¡HONOR Y GLORIA PARA LA COMPAÑERA ROSA ELENA PAQUI! ¡HONOR Y GLORIA PARA EL COMPAÑERO JOSÉ ALBERTO GUAMÁN! ¡NADA DETENDRÁ LA JUSTA LUCHA DEL PUEBLO! ¡ABRIR NUEVOS FRENTES DE LUCHA A LO LARGO Y ANCHO DEL PAÍS! ¡ORGANIZAR, COMBATIR Y RESISTIR! ¡LA REBELIÓN SE JUSTIFICA!
