Their mask has wrinkles and sports a pair of red-rimmed glasses, and they wear a red sweater. They hold their arms crossed and look warily over to their other half, who has no mask and appears to be made entirely of ink. They only have one bright white eye and a mouth showing. They reach worrily towards their other half. A red string connects them, tied from Sweater's left ankle to Ink's neck. The text "Pen and Ink" is between them.

Sweater kneels on the ground, looking shocked while shaking and crying. A voice from off screen (assumed to be Huzzle Mug based off the color and shape of the speech bubbles) says "Clicker-Clack! Whataworld did you DO to yourselfs?"

Ink holds themself, narrating "The storytelling god was not pleased with this... arrangement"

Sweater and Ink in the process of separating from each other. Ink emerges from Sweater's body, pulling Click Clack's usual dark colors with it. He reaches out, crying, while Sweater grimaces in pain and pulls at the string connecting them.

Months after the Rift closes, the Grove gods hear a signal from a god beyond their borders–one in pain. To help this god, Hector volunteers to accompany a small group to where he swore he'd never return: the Drain.

I keep forgetting to post art here oops. well. here's something about how I imagine click clack's ascension #greatgodgrove

click clack smiles just a little, though his brow still furrows, and he reaches out to thespius. His text reads "Crysanthemum, whatever could you mean? [the god said, confused at the notion] I'd never consider our time spent together wasted. There's nothing to be angry about!"

Thespius's stormy speach bubbles roll back to say "Oh, okay..." Click's expression and hand falls as he thinks "...okay?" Thespius continues "Thank you, Click."

Click narrates "[Click-Clack thought he said the right thing. So then why-]"

Thespius lays on the ground with his back to the audience, now shifted so you can't see his face and he's hugging himself. The narration continues-

"[Why wouldn't Thespius turn to look at them?]"
