The signal jumps between neurons using neurotransmitters. These chemicals have to be released, cross the synaptic cleft, and bind to receptors — which takes a few milliseconds. Which makes a tiny delay (synaptic delay) It's still rlly fast, but not as instant as an electrical synapse

1 hour, 15 to 20 min break. Not too long not too short. Get up &walk, stretch, especially urneck, shoulders, back & hips. Listen to smth without lyrics,complex melodies & exciting beats. Read, read, then challenge urself
