His last time with Qih before leaving resulted in his first kid. Their second was conceived soon after reuniting. She wanted another one.
Qih wins this one with about 5 years between Cae'a leaving for Carteneau and returning to Gridania during the MSQ.
With G'raha it was a little more than 4 years between G'raha sealing the tower and Cae'a being recovered enough from the aftermath of EW.

Ae you sure you want war with the Elementals? They may be weaker now, but they did also trigger an Umbral Calamity and then kick everyone out of the forest.
He's getting his mom and kids to safety and then joining efforts to sabotage anyone stupid enough to go to war with Gridania.

Cae'a's happy to take either role, but tends to end up submissive in long-term relationships. He just really enjoys being able to let go and not having to think. And Qih likes being in charge and G'raha's hot when he takes charge of a situation.

Cae'a goes by C'rhel Tia when on WoL business (at least in the Source). Rhel as a miqo'te name may make a comeback in the near future.
He did his best to explain Keeper naming while in the First, but that won't stop people from naming their kids Cae. He's unsure on how to feel about that.

- Keepers can develop the ability to Hear without any training in conjury.
