Thanks for sharing the work. How is it that with the scale of molecules considered (millions) you found only 2 compounds that showed a hint of activity? kRas is a high bar, kudos to your boldness. However - results like this suggest that either the target or the approach should be abandoned.
I did that myself recently. You can use any of the llm based chat tools (Gemini, chatgpt, etc) to help you quickly reformat. Took me only a few iterations with Gemini to hit my mark.
I think the analysts are choosing not to believe what the Lilly folks are predicting. Crazy, I know. When is the last time a big company overstated their future outlook?
A good thing, too. A Berlin-Paris train in the US would be horribly inefficient.

I agree that the right assays are important. However - the larger matter determining success is the speed and quality of the design-make-test cycle. I have seen many early projects suffer because the chemistry could not deliver the molecules in a timely fashion.
Gov Healy with opening remarks for an MIT conference today said that MA "punches above our weight class".

We are home to many great institutions here in Cambridge, incredible biotech, pharma, as well as other high tech industries.

I am curious to hear more about these classes above us...
