Revisiting my past posts on here as I try to revitalize this account & CRYING bc I can't even tell you what project I was talking about here, they're literally all about exactly this

Today a client (who also knows my dad) asked for my dad's last name & then went "ha that's a weird name!" like pal do you not know how this works, that was MY weird last name too!

I've been talking about that one pretty vampire man for days & my husband was like "what's the interest, you don't even play video games?" so I showed him a picture and he just went "....oh okay that checks out"

I've been loosely outlining some potential new WIPs & I've got one where I like the plot but can't connect with the characters like I need to, & another where I love the characters but the plot is an unmarketable mess

Collecting my published poems to put on my new author website & one of my most devastating pieces was living in a 2015 folder called "poemzzzzz!!!!"

Me? Casually outlining a new project feat. a tragic disaster, a gritty survivor girl, a sad blond love interest, & lots of feelings about trauma???? More likely than you think!!!

It's been barely two days since I turned my revisions into my agent & this is live footage of me trying to force myself to relax instead of immediately diving into another project

If I had a dollar for every time I wrote about a girl with a 5-letter name & PTSD falling in love with a bisexual boy with a 4-letter name & complex family dynamics, I'd only have 2 dollars but it's weird it's happened twice.

Found an unhinged book idea I emailed to myself late last night & at first I was confused, but then I saw Last Night! Libby left a very helpful note at the end that just says "I'm watching Riverdale lol"

That explains everything.
