Hinata circled around to the front of the couch first, planting a quick peck to her beloved’s cheek, then scampered off to make dinner. An air of joy and excitement rippled off of her body. She was happy he was home.

Opens the doors to the house and sees @byakuganhime.bsky.social doing a little cleaning. He removes his shoes and stores them in the cubby, his coat was next for the rack, and last but not least, his body — a sack of bones that tumbled onto the couch worn and tore after a week at the office.
