Well that is shit @cbobblers1878.bsky.social I wanted to give my ST pass for the Forest game to my brother-in-law who has kindly donated his and his daughter’s ST passes to my son and grandson who are up for the weekend. T&C’s don’t allow ST holders to accept tickets. Thanks EFC not.

I am a bit worried, the Hotpoint engineer has not texted me yet to tell me what time he isn’t going to turn up tomorrow. Perhaps after 2 previous attempts he is getting as bored as me with this. Be warned never take out D&G appliance insurance.

Been looking for hamster cages for the grandkids Christmas pressie and Temu keep hitting me with emails and ads for you guessed it, hamster cages, loads of them, more designs than you would think could possibly exist. The Chinese are in control aren’t they.

Got a crisis with the grandsons, promised to take 1 to the Forest game but the other 2 want to go as well as they are coming “up north” as well. Anybody got any idea how I can get 1 adult and 2 kids tkts for the family enclosure?

Match day routine buggered up. All the Queens Drive lot piling in now means we can’t get a seat/food in the Ship, then we have to walk there and back to HD cos there’s no taxis anymore. Which prompts more ale. Net result, completely bloated and no golf today.

Weird things occur in Wool land. Woken up at 2.45 to noises of a rodent scurrying around, eventually traced to what I think was a vole in my waste basket. Bagged whole thing in a bin liner and now in freezer euthanising. Confirmation pic to follow in 24 hours.

My post match routine still needs sorting, any help would be appreciated. We used to go to the Tommy Frost for a couple of drinks, preferably with a sit down (I am getting on a bit) and a post mortem before the walk to the station. I’ve tried a few bars around HD but they are way too manic.
