One of my favorite instructors taught her first ride since beating cancer (LFG!). I am definitely not 100% today but physically I am no longer injured so it was worth pushing through. I missed the gym yesterday so I am trying to just do what I can wherever I feel the strength to go.

It's all ridiculous. I just want both companies and everyone to throw out the idea of non-competes. Yet I still think there should be something else to deter people from behaving badly to get out of contracts. As you said this bs is never held against every day independent contractors.

I am not a contract expert but given that Andrade once punched a guy in hope of getting fired I could see why you would enforce a non-compete in some cases.
