The BDs will look better. ToeiCH uses MPEG2 like DVDs, and is scruntched horizontally. BDs won't have either of those, and have a higher bandwidth to boot.

If you’re wondering why the Sukeban Deka eps have been so much smaller the last few weeks, they seem to have applied some DNR starting with episode 21 or so. I’m guessing the BD video was done, and they switched to those.
