The top 400 have more wealth than the bottom 170,000,000. Take half their wealth and they are still billionaires, but doubling the wealth of 170M people makes the country stronger.

We have over 1,000 billionaires which is $100,000 DAILY for over 27 years. Take half the wealth of the top 100 who have more than the bottom 170,000,000 and they will still be billionaires, but doubling the wealth of the poor would benefit the whole country.
