Woke up feeling off. No energy. No motivation. Just heavy. I laid there for a bit, then forced myself up and stuck to my routine. Still not 100%, but better. Sometimes that’s all you can do. Keep moving. Watch yourself. Check on others. We’ve got this together. 💚
