A few weeks ago, we shipped an in-house autoscaler for our GitHub Actions self-hosted runners.
Thought I’d share some under-the-hood context on why we built it and what changed:

I don’t usually recommend books focused on a specific technology. They tend to age fast, and docs often do the job better. But there’s one exception if you work with Node.js or JavaScript seriously!

This release focuses on fixing bugs and improving the stability of the app. We also fixed an issue some of you reported about the app locking up while watching fullscreen videos.

Buffer has a 4-day workweek & a flexible time off policy. 🌴 No set limits, just take the time you need to rest and recharge. But how does that work in a customer support team that covers 7 days/ week, across multiple time zones, & never really “closes”? 🌍
