I enjoy talking about games!

No photos for now, but want to note that credits just rolled after 27 hours. Really interesting take on farming sim, I know way more about ancient rice farming than I need to. Obviously a bit grindy, but worth experiencing. Via Switch physical
Mount No. 668'ish, finally dropped from Brewfest #warcraft
Starting Kena Bridge of Spirits, I remember seeing previews for this at a PlayStation state of play, or maybe summer game fest and loving the look. Absolutely beautiful, and solid fun so far, only about an hour in
Finished Deathloop after 18 hours. Lots of thoughts, there is a great game buried here, but it needs some refinement. A little too much repetition, needs improved AI enemies, more roguelite improvements (buffs are basically just special abilities), but glad I played it
Started Deathloop, the general rogue like flow is a bit obtuse in the beginning, some of the dialog is a little corny, but there is a good FPS in here
Finished after about 43 hours, solid game and it kept me going. Lowered the difficulty on the last 2 bosses to avoid grinding. I appreciate the game for what it is, and glad I experienced a SMT game, but not exactly might flavor
Starting Sakuna: of Rice and Ruin, what a clever take on farming sim! Really learning a lot of rice production...
About 16 hours and made it to Astrea 5 (but didn't finish it); putting it down for now to move on to the next game!
I'd actually buy a switch 2 then...
If they were fully on cart, no game key
I'm still hooked and working on beating Astrea 5 right now. This game needs more attention, it's an absolute gem of a "dice builder"!
Finished the "true ending" in a out 11.5 hours, may keep grinding up the Astrea 6, such a fun game. Was not expected to be obsessed with this strange dice battler
Astrea: the Six Sided Oracle is an addicting dice based (not cards!!) rogue like, about 7 hours in and loving the art, sound, and general gameplay. A few bugs on switch, via physical from Super Rare Games
Related but unrelated, in curious if the lack of glowing eyes has some lore impact. Obviously the fel corruption of green might be fading? But should her eyes be glowing yellow then as a result of the light? I'm not up on my elf lore enough as a Tauren main
Starting Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, my first adventure with an Atlus title. Couldn't put it down last night
Finished after around 16 hours, cute charming, amazing cast, excellent sound design, compelling story. Tad repetitive, had some performance issues on switch. Didn't really get into the village building, might have been better to be a part of progression? Anyways onwards!
Playing Terra Memoria via switch physical , what a cute (and yes cozy) RPG. I feel some sea of stars in it, beautiful visuals, and the combat is interesting enough
I beat the 'true ending' hear in the Slay the Spire after 45 ADDICTING hours. (before I found the setting for fast mode). What a perfect, complex rogue like deckbuilder. I guess it was the OG, perfect steam deck game. Played via steam deck and PC
Finished the main story in about 28 hours, amazing games minus the forced horde missions. Great story about human nature, love, and friendship. Will probably play again at some point
Back in February I had started Days Gone I picked it back up after the remaster was announced. About 22 hours in restarted it from scratch, what a masterpiece! Not only the gameplay but the incredibly complex and real cast of characters. Via PS5 using a PS4 physical copy with remaster downloaded
Plays amazing on the Steam Deck
So took about 9 hours to get my first win in Slay the Spire. I can see by this game is so legendary, such an addicting rogue like deckbiuilder. When do I consider it "done" 🤔
Here Comes Niko was such a cute little romp, wish it was a tad longer! Solid controls, fun exploration and varied gameplay. With a cute message about family dynamics
Finally sat down and played through A First Tree. Been on the backlog for a very long time. Another great story about love, and loss. But there is a lot of running, Beautiful Alaskan forests
