Most people I've seen say season 6 is the worst. I don't mind it too much, but I also think it's the show's weakest; at several points it felt like to me that the season wasn't sure want it actually wanted to do.

Oh damn, I remember watching him too. A lot of his Mario walkthroughs (mostly New Super Mario Bros., Super Mario 64 DS, and Super Mario Advance 4) I watched a lot of way back then.

Not sure how I feel about these episodes being 5 years old already. This season is weird; I think it's overall fine, but it feels off to me in ways that the previous HD seasons don't. There's still plenty of episodes I like, but some of them really suffer from poor pacing and/or repetition imo.

...levels remade, plenty of music remixes (Mario World and Mario 64 I noticed most of), and some level themes being callbacks as well. I guess it makes sense this game came out in the 25th anniversary year. But yeah, Galaxy 2 is pretty fantastic, and I'm glad I finally got to play this! : )

...but also having plenty of things to stand out. The main things bring Yoshi, a few new powerups, and some new gameplay mechanics. Galaxy 2 has plenty of awesome galaxies of its own, with Hightail Falls, Tall Trunk, Starshine Beach, Chompworks, and Space Storm being some of my favorites.

Season 2 is highly memorable and filled with tons of awesome episodes. Most episodes are incredibly funny, and there are quite a few that stand out as to why so many people consider them among the show's best. I think season 2 does have the first bad episodes, but I definitely still adore it.

I nowadays view season 10 as an in-between blend of season 9B and season 11; depending on the episode, you'll most likely get a general feel of one of those two seasons. Season 10 is a short season, but I find it pretty fun. It has Mimic Madness obviously, but there are several other standouts imo.

I saw this one circulating around earlier as well, and them acting like they know better than a long-time staff member of the show is beyond deranged. And the other stuff they said here is absurd to say in its own right.

...not counting boss galaxies. The bosses I find to be incredibly memorable, and there are so many awesome ones. I'd probably say the only galaxy I outright dislike is Snow Cap, I do not find that one fun. But otherwise, this game was a blast to play again. I'll get to Galaxy 2 pretty soon!

...Gold Leaf has really creative missions and is fun to explore, Toy Time also has a good variety of missions and has an awesome theme, and Melty Molten I'd say has some of the most challenging and fun missions in the game. As far as the others, Sweet Sweet and Matter Splatter are my favorites...

I would say my favorites of the main galaxies are Space Junk, Ghostly, Freezeflame, Gold Leaf, Toy Time, and Melty Molten. Space Junk I'd say has probably the best atmosphere, Ghostly Galaxy has incredibly fun missions, Freezeflame I think uses the galaxy's theme incredibly well...

Completed #SuperMarioGalaxy again with the new remaster/port out. I still find this game absolutely masterful and feel that it is truly special. Between the levels, music, bosses, visuals, and the cinematic nature, pretty much everything I feel has aged incredibly well.

I think it's close between this and season 2 for my favorite pre-movie season, but I slightly lean towards this one. It's been said already, but it has a lot of fantastic episodes and plenty of fan favorites. My favorite of the series, Wet Painters, is in this season.
