Hah! Less than 48 hours later and the first "There is a reported outage in your area" text message came through.

Sure enough, the failover worked as expected, and all my homelab services are still available. 🥂

A load balancer / failover showing that the primary WAN is offline, and traffic is flowing through the backup.
