sad i cant see a number to keep track of what i did on the other machines. i mean i myself could keep track, but i dont even remember what i ate for dinner yesterday so that wouldnt happen. its not actually a big deal at all, i just feel like being able to keep track of it all is pretty motivating

late night gains 💪😎 was at the gym for an hour doing core crunches, some row + lat pulls and switched to treadmill for the rest. took it slow raising the speed so i didnt tap out early lol after that i realized while walking home that i didnt wanna waste such a beautiful night so i went a bit longer
