Meliisa has stalled, south of Jamaica, will rapidly develop from this point on now wind shear is eliminated from the equation. The system will impact Jamaica as a Cat 4 possibly Category 5 hurricane. Preparation underway as catastrophic damage likely. Over 2 feet of rain likely on Tues am Jamaica.
