Dang I feel that in this new job.

Basically what I get told, then when I use my judgement and use provided check lists I get a list of everything I did wrong and why the check lists are bad.

Starting a new job in the same building, working with the same people where I was considered an expert in another field for the past 9 years is an incredibly humbling and humiliating experience.

I feel so dumb asking for basic questions or making easy mistakes.

It's tough having to grow again.
