This was my first company - KID BASIX. We created the world's first 'BPA-Free' branded reusable water bottle. I was one of the parent activists who led the fight to get BPA banned from drink ware worldwide.

The sad fact is that the most dangerous chemical on Earth is testosterone.

This is why it's critical to teach little boys empathy and loving-kindness, that "No means No," and to keep guns out of the hands of men for any other purpose than hunting. Like in England.

It has always seemed pretty clear what the breakdown was between people who choose law enforcement to be of service vs. those who choose it to give them a sense of power they lack in their own lives.

That's what makes the great cops so "postable" on social media. So, here's one.

It is much less taxing to give in to our lower natures. Empathy, loving-kindness, service to others - these and other beneficial qualities grow out of self-reflection, of probing the sources of our aversions and ill-will and taking contrary action. It's hard work.

It is also well worth the effort.

I knew I shouldn't have listened to my mother when she said the scaley red patches on my arm were "psoriasis, which you got from me."

All I can say is, thank god squamous cell carcinoma is slow growing. If you have a patch like this on your skin that you think is psoriasis - see your doctor!
