Ooh, Hikaru Shida, a Silent Hill newb, did a livestream of the first couple hours of Silent Hill F with more coming tonight. I’m about 4 hours in, so it’ll be cool to watch how she plays her first SH game. As a Japanese woman, I think she’ll vibe with it differently.

Ooh, Hikaru Shida, a Silent Hill newb, did a livestream of the first couple hours of Silent Hill F with more coming tonight. I’m about 4 hours in, so it’ll be cool to watch how she plays her first SH game. As a Japanese woman, I think she’ll vibe with it differently.

I think Garcia is the guy Danielson hoped Yuta would be. When he first started doing commentary, Danielson said something to the effect of him being disappointed because Yuta is happy being a follower. DG was someone Bryan and Mox wanted for the BCC. Yuta was second choice. #AEWCollision

I know he’s taking KOR’s place, but there’s some legitimate storytelling they can do with Roddy in the C2. If Adam is (likely) retired, KOR is out with injury, and he’s only in the Conglomeration because of KOR in the first place… what’s his purpose? He was never the babyface Adam and KOR are. #AEW

The Caster/Bowens thing is the weirdest thing AEW has done all year. Caster had a weekly humiliation ritual and got himself over by being pathetic/delusional. IWC screamed for a Bowens singles run so he got repackaged and the fans went “meh.” Now they get an offscreen mandate to team again. 😵💫

I liked the backstage segment with the DCF. Okada and Takeshita bickering and then Fletcher came in like a whining like petulant child about his best friends and how they should have helped him. He was the same way when Ospreay finished him off. Immensely talented but still a child. #AEWFullGear

I thought the TK/Helwani interview went well. Ariel was professional and asked some questions that a lot of the online discourse has been inquisitive about. I mean, he oversold Killer Kross as being some kind of layup hire but other than that it was interesting. (TK’s favorite word in the interview)

Watching the last HOG and, while clearly they didn’t know anything about her, (the crowd was mild on her entrance and the announcer called her the “Pink Striker” which is Miyu Yamashita’s nickname) there is definitely something to be said about Maki Itoh’s ability to get a crowd on her side.
