Wouldn't it be awesome if the basketball gods rap us up with a Zachramento win tonight?
I am starting to like the idea of Zach being our key vet, mentoring the younger guys and providing maximum scoring. It may just become Zachramento... 🏀

Another excellent #SacranentoKings article by @theathletic.com's @samamick.bsky.social . 🏀
Why not?

My view on the Kings’ Russell Westbrook addition, their mishmash roster that’s in flux, a new coach with a daunting challenge, and the Clippers - amid all their controversy - offering a reminder of how dangerous they might be, at @theathletic.com

Adding Russell Westbrook to a mismatched Sacramento Kings’ squad? Why not?
The Sacramento Kings are a confusing mashup of expensive contracts and ball-dominant players. But they will be entertaining to watch.

I thought Max looked pretty good as well, and IJ outshone Saric pretty handily. 🏀

The ukulele is so much more than just an entry point instrument, but it can serve as that too! Congrats on a great new possibility.
This whole routine seems very ambitious but I can speak to daily exercise. I spend 30 minutes exercising every weekday, alternating between elliptical days and strength training days (abs and arms). It makes everything better, keeps me strong, and gives me more flexibility in food choices!

If we can lift our voices and not our fists, political tension can help us find workable paths and grow forward as a nation. When we deny each other's humanity we all lose. 🇺🇸

The animosity has remained & evolved long after the #CivilWar era skirmishes. As a #Missourian I'm ashamed my state's side of those conflicts was pro-slavery. Still, no other victories are nearly as sweet as beating a Jayhawks team. Thankful the fighting is done through sports these days... #MIZ
The first edition of the Border War since 2011 was punctuated by a fan kicking a football toward the Kansas sideline.

“It was just a really fun chance to be part of the rivalry,” Arey said.

A Missouri fan had a chance to win $25,000. He trolled his team’s rival instead
'It was a no-brainer in my mind to stoke the fire a little bit,' said lifelong Mizzou fan Carter Arey.

...the pressure that might prompt either side to change its stance doesn’t actually start rising until mid-September. With the qualifying offer deadline set for Oct. 1, and with training camp starting right before then, that’s when everyone will finally start to get truly antsy here. #SacKings #NBA
Is this thing on?!

A late summer NBA discussion with @fredkatz.bsky.social and @thompsonscribe.bsky.social, at @theathletic.com

Talking Jonathan Kuminga (and the other RFAs), the revamped team we're most excited to see and the one that, well, we're not.

I'd do this deal, seems like a win-win.

So we just have to win all the home games and get lucky one time...
I was thinking the same thing! 😬
How quickly things change... when he arrived we marveled that we looked to have enough potential to attract a player of Malik's caliber and thanked our lucky stars that Fox was a friend of his.
Looking forward to seeing the next round!
I like this analysis...now if Perry can just keep Vivek under control so he can dig us out.
