"Established genetic techniques to inhibit brain development" means they have, in fact, succeeded in creating AND establishing genetic techniques to inhibit brain development.

iodine 131 is still released into the environment as nuclear waste.

It's also funny to me that i was the one who noticed they announced they established techniques to inhibit brain development, the outdated medical term for me comes from the Latin word for Christian.

Imagine finding out as an adult that the hypothyroidism you were born with very likely could have not been from natural causes.

So did they all know they were giving children thyroid issues when scattering all that bs all over the world?

Like... i found out through an insult (that wasn't actually an insult) in a Disney movie that society thinks I'm a monster because I was born with hypothyroidism.

the article doesn't state any specific "genetic techniques," nor does it talk about the bombs. but MIT was one university sanctioned by the government that participated in human radiation experiments during the Cold War.

i have enough evidence where i don't believe that any if it is a coincidence.

Which can give children cretinism if left untreated.
